Discover the art of printmaking in this beginner-friendly, 3-hour workshop on two-color jigsaw linocut! Learn the basics of carving and printing as you create a unique design or use one of our templates. You'll carve a single 4x6" block, split it to achieve a two-color effect, and print a finished 5x7" piece. All tools and materials are provided—just bring your ideas! Leave with your own print and the skills to continue this creative medium. All levels welcome!

The Little Red Print Shop is a tiny prints vending machine featuring the original artwork of Jessica Leitch (say hi @thelittleredprintshop).
Each design is hand carved and every print is inked by hand in a method often referred to as relief printing (linocut printing / block printing). The result is an original piece of tiny (approx. 3x4in) artwork dispensed to you at random for just four quarters!
The Little Red Print Shop will be popping up at local shops, cafes, and markets all over Birmingham, Alabama.
