The Process
Each design is hand carved from a rubber block, and every print is inked by hand in a method often referred to as relief printing (also known as linocut or block printing). The ink colors I use are also mixed by hand, and applied to the carved blocks to create each original print. The result is a unique piece of artwork that varies ever so slightly from others due to this very hand made process.
